Cancellation Policy

All payments are made when scheduling the appointment. We understand that things happen, so we try to make our cancellation policy as lenient as we can. We appreciate at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we may offer it to someone else.

Cancellations with less than 12-hours notice will only be refunded 50% of the full session fee.
If you wish to cancel, please email happysoulhealingky@gmail.com immediately.

A cancellation less than 2 hours from appointment time or a “no show” will not be refunded in any way. You may reschedule one time after a late cancellation or no-show without being charged any additional fees.

Refunds

No services are eligible for refunds once completed as the time has been allocated. This is an exchange of energy!

Although QHHT has had great results, results cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on the mindset of the client, the desire to change and the commitment to follow instructions during and after the session.

Confidentiality Promise

We keep and maintain records for all clients and for anyone who makes an inquiry. These records are kept both in written form and electronically. Your information will be protected by reasonable security safeguards against loss and theft, unauthorized access or use. Your information will never be sold or distributed unless required by law.

Anonymous case histories may be shared with other hypnotherapists or hypnotherapy publications (including our website and Facebook page) Anonymous means your personal details are removed and no information that might identify you is used. If you do not wish your information to be used in this way, please email us at happysoulhealingky@gmail.com.

We will respect client confidentiality at all times except if:

  • You reveal you intend to harm or have harmed yourself or another person.
  • You reveal that a child is being abused or is in danger of abuse.
  • We are compelled to reveal information by a court order.
  • You reveal you are a member of a terrorist organization – this must be reported to the police.
  • You reveal you are laundering money from the sale of drugs-this must be reported to the police.
